Service Contracts: We offer 12 to 60 month contracts paid either monthly, annually or as a single payment. Service contracts are also included in our Cost per Copy program. All service contracts include a full warranty on parts and labor and one preventative maintenance call per year. In addition, while manufacturer's warranties do not cover labor only calls, or situations where a part is replaced a second time within 90 days, a CAD Worx contract does.
Preventative Maintenance: Our Preventative Maintenance program will make a clean sweep of all your office printers by cleaning and inspecting your equipment. Preventative maintenance keeps copies looking professional and reduces maintenance costs and office disruptions up to 60% per year.
Time and Materials: For those customers without a contract, we offer service on a time and material basis either on-site or drop off at our office for repair. CAD Worx will make every effort to have your equipment repaired and fully functional as quickly as possible.
